I am participating in the global cut-a-thon again this year!
Every cent raised on the day will go straight to Hair Aid
If you haven’t heard of this before, they teach people living in critical poverty areas, basic hair cutting techniques so that they can start their own micro business and turn their lives around.
If you would like more information or would like to book an appointment with myself, please message me directly to organise. You won’t be able to book online for this one.

I have taken a break from admin over the school holidays.
I will reply to all messages in the coming days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately over the last few weeks we have had way too many ‘no shows’

This is really disappointing when this happens and I want to explain why:

• We have a very long waiting list of people who are desperate to get their hair done by us and would love to take your appointment.
But without enough notice, they are unable to fill your spot.

• Our staff have to be paid whether you show or not.
So when you don’t show up, or don’t give us the opportunity to fill your appointment, this is a massive hit to our small business.

• Reminder text messages and emails are sent out the day before your appointment.
You are receiving these for a reason.
This is a reminder that you have an appointment coming up and if you can not make it, you MUST let us know.

In addition to our cancellation policy, all online bookings, new clients and anyone who hasn’t showed to a previous appointment will need to pay a 50% deposit on all appointments.
This is non refundable if you do not show up.
If you arrive for your appointment, your deposit comes off the total on the day.
If you give us enough time, your deposit can be rolled over to a new date, but is non refundable if you don’t reschedule.
If it happens a second time, you will forfeit your deposit.

We understand that sometimes sickness and life happen and there’s nothing we can do about that.
But if you do not give us enough time to fill your appointment, then we are taking a loss for the day.

Thank you for understanding and supporting this small business.

Wiping away tears of pride as I write this 🥲
Paige created these beautiful textured waves today for training (if you could even call it that) at this rate, she’ll be teaching me a thing or two!! 👏
What a legend!

But now is looking 🔥🔥🔥 with nowhere to go!

It’s admin day!!
Once a week I try to sit down and catch up on everything business related.
Wednesday is usually the day.

Always keep in mind, I am always fully booked in the salon and never have time to do admin stuff.
And when I’m not making magic in the salon, I’m on location styling weddings.
And when I’m not styling weddings, I’m home with my family.

I will try to always be as responsive and as quick as I can, but sometimes this is just not possible.

This is why I now have ADMIN DAY!! 🙌

Please allow up to seven days for a response.
Thank you everyone for always being so patient with me.

We also have online booking for any appointments.
This is preferable as it does save me a lot of time.
If you are unsure of what to book in for, you are always welcome to send through a message.

If anything is urgent, please call the salon in business hours.

When calling the salon, if no one answers, please leave a message as we may be on location or just super busy! 😊

I worked with Jaz years ago and can’t contain how excited I am to be working with her again.

She is super talented with all things hair especially weddings and events, blonde, balayage and lived in colours!

I can’t wait to see what she gets up to this year.
