People have been asking when I am coming back and although I thought it would be sooner rather than later, it’s later.

I’m just not ready and I’m so sorry for everyone who’s patiently waited for my return, the last 8 months have changed my life totally my priority isn’t hairdressing anymore.

If I change my mind I will let you all know but until then thank you for all your love and support over the last 14 years.

On the 7th of March I lost my beautiful mum. Freddy and I spent as much time as we possibly could with her over the last few months and I will forever cherish those memories made with her and Freddy.

I’m unsure what the next little while looks like especially in terms of heading back to work but I hope you can understand 🤍

Due to a few different circumstances outside of my control, I won’t be heading back into the salon in February. I know there are quite a few of you with terrible regrowth and hair that’s desperate for a cut but please know I will not be upset if you head off to another salon or find a new hairdresser, you won’t be cheating on me. I’ll allow it.

When I do make it back, my capacity will be a lot less than it was and it may take a while take a while to get in.

And just like that I’m on maternity leave; thank you to everyone who empathised with me over the last few weeks, it was much harder than I imagined and I really do appreciate all the love and support from you all.

It’s time to put the scissors down and pick up a baby, for a few months, wish me luck!

If you are needing product or have any questions, I will respond, might just take a little longer than normal.

This post is your reminder that if you are wanting a Christmas appointment with me you will have to wait til 2025 😂 but in all seriousness, most hairdressers won’t let a first time client book in December so you should probably consider booking your appointment in September/October with them as I’ll be heading on maternity leave in late September.

You may have noticed that our signs came down last week at high street but if you didn’t here’s the proof.

I’ve decided to close the shop and open a very small home salon which will be by appointment only.

I’m currently not taking any new clients and my books are full until further notice.

I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone that visited both salons over the last 5 years, it’s been a whirlwind.

2023 we are here!

I just wanted to quickly thank all of my loyal clientele for getting me through another year in 2022; as majority of you would have known the lead up to Christmas was intense and almost unmanageable, hence the lack of social media posts and enthusiasm as the year came to a close.

In 2023, I plan to change my hours slightly to help with the work/life balance and will be slightly more unavailable some Saturdays throughout the year to spend more time with my family.

With 600 clientele on my books I appreciate what each and everyone of you has done for my business over the last 9 years, but I do realise that with my hours changing I may not be suitable to your schedule and totally support you finding someone who can accommodate your needs better.

Just a reminder that online booking is open and if you wish to jump on and secure your upcoming appointments please do so as my nights continue to book out in advance.
