Paloma beauty & massage studio

Hi everyone,

I wanted to send a quick message about appointment cancellations and missed appointments.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved just for you. Before you arrive, I prepare the treatment room, set everything up, and make sure everything is ready for your session. If you cancel at the last minute or don’t attend your appointment, I’m usually unable to fill that time, which means I don’t get paid for those hours.

I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I’ll always do my best to be understanding. However, frequent late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my small business.

To help keep my business sustainable, missed appointments and cancellations made without sufficient notice will incur the full appointment fee.

I value every one of my clients and truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, just as I respect yours. Thank you for supporting my small business—it means more than you know.

I look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
