There was something incredibly grounding about this conversation with Tracey.

Not because she had all the answers, but because she reminded us that every season of womanhood holds wisdom. Her story offered perspective, hope, and a gentle reminder that menopause is not something to fear, but a transition that can be met with understanding, support, and confidence.

One of the greatest privileges we have today is access to conversations like these. The stories being shared. The education available. The opportunity to better understand our bodies and advocate for our health.

My hope is that every conversation we have on The SEAR Movement encourages one more woman to ask a question, seek support, or simply feel less alone in the season she’s navigating.

Because when women share their stories, we don’t just help ourselves, we create a path for the women coming after us.

If you haven’t listened to Tracey’s episode yet, you’ll find it via the link in our bio. I hope it leaves you feeling as hopeful and empowered as it did me. 🤍

New episode now live. 🤍

Today, we’re honoured to share Tracy’s story.

A local woman who has generously opened her heart to talk about her experience of perimenopause and menopause during a time when these conversations simply weren’t happening.

With honesty, warmth and wisdom, Tracey reflects on the challenges, the lessons, and what she wishes every woman knew before entering this season of life.

It’s conversations like these that sit at the heart of The SEAR Movement.

Because when one woman shares her story, another woman feels seen.

Our hope is that through these shared experiences, we continue building a community where women feel supported through every season of life. With more compassion, more connection, and less fear.

If you or someone you love is navigating perimenopause or menopause, we hope this episode offers comfort, reassurance, and the reminder that there is strength in sharing our stories.

Listen now via the link in our bio, and if this conversation resonates with you, we’d love for you to share it with another woman who might need to hear it. 🤍

There is something incredibly powerful about hearing another woman’s story.

Not because her journey will look exactly like yours, but because somewhere within it, you might find a piece of yourself.

In this conversation, Tracey reflects on navigating perimenopause and menopause during a time when women were often expected to simply “get on with it.” With little education and even less support, so many women were left to make sense of this season on their own.

Listening to Tracey’s story is a reminder of just how important these conversations are.

The more we share our experiences, the more we replace silence with understanding, fear with knowledge, and isolation with connection.

We believe no woman should have to navigate this season feeling alone.

Coming next Monday to The SEAR Movement Podcast. 🤍

I’m so honoured to introduce our next guest, Tracey, who joins me for a heartfelt conversation about her journey through perimenopause and menopause.

Tracey entered this season at a time when women were often expected to simply “get on with it.” There were few conversations, little education, and even less support.

Together, we reflect on what it was really like to navigate this stage of life, the physical, emotional and mental changes that caught her by surprise, and the wisdom she wishes every woman could carry into this season.

More than anything, this conversation is a beautiful reminder of why sharing our stories matters.

Because every woman who speaks openly creates space for another woman to feel seen.

I can’t wait for you to hear this one. 🤍

Coming Monday July 13th. The link to the podcast is in our bio 🤎

One of the things I love most about these conversations is that they remind us there is no single way to experience womanhood.

Perimenopause is no different.

What I took away from this conversation with Kiarra is that our bodies deserve curiosity, not comparison. So often we’re searching for answers, wondering if our symptoms are “normal,” or trying what worked for someone else.

But our bodies are unique. Our experiences are unique. And our care should be too.

My hope is that through conversations like these, more women feel empowered to ask questions, seek personalised support, and move through this season with greater understanding and compassion, rather than fear.

If you’d like to learn more, Kiarra has generously created an eBook to support women navigating perimenopause. You’ll find the link in the show notes of the episode.

New episode now live. 🤍

Perimenopause and menopause can leave so many women feeling like they’ve lost themselves.

The symptoms are often dismissed, misunderstood, or accepted as something we simply have to “put up with.” But what if this season could be met with more understanding, more support, and far less fear?

In this week’s episode of The SEAR Movement, I’m joined by Naturopath and founder of Bloom Natural Health, Kiarra Hutton, for a thoughtful conversation about caring for the whole woman.

Together, we explore how a naturopathic approach looks beyond individual symptoms to understand the bigger picture. Supporting hormones, gut health, nutrition, stress, sleep, and lifestyle to help women feel more like themselves again.

This conversation isn’t about finding a quick fix. It’s about understanding your body, learning to listen to what it’s telling you, and knowing that you don’t have to navigate this season alone.

Our hope is that through conversations like these, women feel more informed, more empowered, and more connected to their bodies, approaching perimenopause and menopause with compassion and understanding rather than fear.

There are so many women quietly wondering why they don’t feel like themselves anymore.

The changes can begin long before menopause, yet because they’re often unexpected, many women dismiss what they’re feeling, or are told they’re simply too young.

In this conversation, Kiarra Hutton shares why understanding perimenopause starts with understanding that every woman’s experience is different, and that the subtle shifts in your body deserve to be heard, not overlooked.

It’s a conversation that reminds us how powerful knowledge can be. Because when we understand what’s happening within our bodies, we can move through this season with greater confidence, compassion, and far less fear.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking, “Something just feels different,” this episode is for you.
