On a day of LOVE, with kindness for myself and gratitude to all that have supported The Beauty Mentor, I pull down this beautiful space.
How blessed am I to have been able to share all my Beauty & Dermal Therapy skills & knowledge with you all.
This space has held you, shared life’s milestones, cared for your skin, given you amazing nail art and introduced you to all things relating to the incredible world of beauty.
2 years ago, after experiencing a small kitchen fire, it really took its toll on me and while I just continued on, it’s now the time to focus on me for some time.
Thank you again to all that have supported The Beauty Mentor, you never know I may be back a little while down the track # # #

Due to returning to my teaching role on a full time basis, I have found it quite difficult to return to the salon on regular basis.
Huge apologies if I am unable to squeeze you in for your treatments, however, I am always happy to recommend salons, that may be able to cater for your needs, more regularly.

Next day in the salon… yes that’s right at this stage it’s every third Saturday, this seems to be working well for your brows, your lashes, your facials, your nails and also for my family…

The salon is almost ready, the cleaning is done and the repairs to the house are still a working progress… Honestly, I’ve never been so exhausted.

This has been a very long and challenging 3-4 months, which has given me time to reflect on my beauty career and my priorities moving forward…

I’ve come to the realisation that most of my 30 years (almost) within the industry, I have always juggled two or sometimes three jobs at once, along side of my family commitments.

This time away from the salon has allowed me to reflect on my priorities, which includes taking better care of myself, my family and of course friends.

So moving forward I will be opening the salon every 3rd Saturday until December.

This will begin from Saturday 19th of October.

During this time if you have received or given any Gift Vouchers to loved one’s, I strongly recommend you use them and it let them know the change in opening hours.

Another year, with the same incredible skin care, Roccoco Botanicals - pore cleansing oil OR Ruby cleaner, hydrating treatment essence and rescue balm of an AM and overnight recovery mask of a PM.

Couldn’t get through the day without my bestow beauty plus oil, magnesium and happy hormones - yes, that’s right my body is changing and I’m definitely not liking it so far, but hopefully with a little less stress and more self care, I should be able to turn it around.

No botox, no fillers and definitely no filters because who needs that, especially if you take care of the skin you’re in!
