What’s your favourite therapy?
Infrared Sauna! It’s a gorgeous, private space that allows my mind and body to relax. ✨

How has RR improved your daily life?
It’s helped prompt me to slow down and take time for myself in an inviting environment.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work & recovery?
Keeping active, walking, running, playing footy during the season, spending time with friends and enjoying the outdoors. 🏃‍♀️🏉☀️

FAVE THERAPY AT RR:
Infrared sauna, I love to lay down and relax and sweat it all out. It also helps me sleep better!

WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR DOWNTIME:
Travel!! I’m currently 6 months in doing a lap around Australia with my partner, we have stopped in Darwin for a little while to work and explore the NT. 🏕️🏝️
Back home in VIC I love playing netball and hanging out with my friends.

How good is the start of a new week! Mondays are made better at Rapid. 🧡

Just a friendly reminder to rinse off after sauna sessions and before our plunge pools (even if you sauna or not) this way our space stays clean, safe and fun everyday. 🙌🏾
