As beauty techs, we have our little things that drive us INSANE đ â lash curlers after a lash lift, ignoring aftercare, picking at extensions, turning up late, cancelling last minute, or not respecting booking policies.
But behind every appointment is someoneâs time, preparation, products, stock and income.
We ask you to follow your lash and brow aftercare because we genuinely want your results to last and your natural lashes/brows to stay healthy. And we have cancellation, rescheduling and lateness policies because that appointment time has been specifically reserved for YOU.
Think of it this way: if we simply decided not to show up to work for your appointment, you wouldnât think it was fair to still pay us. The same goes both ways. đ¤
Policies arenât there to be difficult or make anyoneâs day harder â theyâre there to protect both you and your beauty tech.
