Colder Weather 🌧️.
This weekend has been a bit frosty, so it's likely that you've kept that gorgeous tan covered up and sat by the heater keeping warm!
On colder days like today, we wear longer pants to stay warm, we have the heater up high in the car and if you're anything like me.... I 💜 to sit close up to the heater at home.
It's literally zapping the moisture from your skin, leaving it feeling and looking flaky ? When your skin is flaky, it will naturally start exfoliating.
🌟To combat this, here's a few tips for you.
🔥Moisturise twice a day, morning and night. It's really crucial to keep your skin hydrated even more on those colder days.
🫗 Keep up your water intake. You're probably more inclined to have something warmer like coffee, tea or a hot choccy but reaching for your water bottle is really important to keep your whole body hydrated.
