Train hard. Recover well. Feel your best. 💪✨

Well… it’s been a little while! 👋

I wanted to let you know I’ve completed a 2-day Head, Neck & Jaw Pain Masterclass, adding more skills to help assess and treat conditions such as:

✔️ Headaches
✔️ Jaw pain (TMJ dysfunction)
✔️ Neck pain
✔️ Whiplash-related conditions

If you’ve been putting up with headaches, jaw pain or a stubborn neck that’s not improving, I’d love to help.

I’ve also completed my annual CPD requirements, so eligible treatments continue to be claimable through private health insurance.

I’m still here doing what I love - helping my clients move, feel and live better. 💚

I look forward to seeing you in the treatment room.

Bit of fun - I asked ChatGPT this prompt - affirmations are lovely - feel free to share yours 🧡

"Gather everything you know about me from our conversations and create an infographic. Do it in a cartoon style, use my photo as reference. Reflect my strengths, future goals, fashion style, healing journey, my big dreams, solo traveler, soft spots, daily reminder to my self, weaknesses, philosophy, and quirks."

To all the incredible women carrying so much every single day 🤍

The mums, step mums, grandmums, mums-to-be, longing to be mums, those navigating loss, and the women who nurture and support others in quiet ways that often go unseen - today is for you too!

The role you carry isn’t always easy, it can be heavy - but the love, strength and care you pour into others every day is more valued than you probably realise 💖

No matter what today looks like for you, I hope you find a moment to slow down and pour a little love back into yourself. You give so much to everyone around you, and your wellbeing matters too 💜

Wishing you a day filled with softness, care, rest, love, and whatever reminds you that you matter.

With love,
Sun II Moon - Beauty + Massage 🌙☀️

Over the weekend, I had the honour and privilege to learn the practice of what is Reiki 🙌 I’m excited to share that I am now a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner ✨

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that can be incorporated into your treatment to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellbeing.

I’ve always worked with the intention of helping my clients feel the best 💪 both in body and mind 🥰 so adding Reiki into treatments feels like a natural step.

If this is something you’re curious about, you’re welcome to request it as part of your next treatment.

Thank you, as always, for trusting me with your care 🤍
