Mel is truly the oil in the machine that keeps The Hair Firm moving. She’s behind so much of what happens day in, day out, always making sure everything runs smoothly, supporting the team and somehow keeping us all on track! 😂

But beyond everything she does, it’s the person she is that we’re most grateful for. Her loyalty, her heart, her humour and the way she always shows up for the Hair Firm family means more than she probably realises.

Mel, we honestly don’t know what we’d do without you! 🥹❤️

Sometimes showing up for yourself means taking the biggest risk, backing yourself and stepping into something that feels completely unknown.

Monday was that moment for me.

After 14 years of educating for incredible brands like Wella, O&M and GHD, putting my own name on a course felt exciting, terrifying and incredibly personal.

Seeing the feedback afterwards has honestly overwhelmed me. It reminded me that sometimes you just have to take the leap before you know exactly where it’s going to lead.

So here’s to backing yourself, being brave enough to start something new and showing up for yourself even when you’re not sure how it’s going to turn out. 🤍

And a huge thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special. I couldn’t have done it without you.
