A Small Price Adjustment

With the upcoming changes to surcharge regulations, the cost of processing card payments will now need to be absorbed by my business rather than passed on to clients.

As a small business, these additional costs can quickly add up. To help cover the increased operating expenses and continue providing the same level of service, there will be a minimal adjustment to my prices as of Monday 5th October 2026.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support of my small business. Every booking and every client makes a difference. 🤍

📅 Booking Update – Pre-Bookings Limited to 2 Months Ahead

To help manage my schedule more effectively and ensure appointments are available to all clients, bookings will now be limited to a maximum of 2 months in advance.

This change allows for greater flexibility when managing appointments and any future schedule adjustments.

All appointments currently booked will be kept unless contacted by Felicity. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you're due for an appointment, please book within the 2-month booking window.

💆‍♀️ Friendly Reminder 💆‍♂️

To ensure you receive the best possible treatment, please arrive with long hair tied up and major jewellery removed where possible before your appointment.

Long hair, necklaces & dangly earrings can sometimes interfere with neck treatments and may need to be removed for your comfort and safety.

Please note that 90-minute appointments are now available by request only.

Due to the physical demands of providing treatment and the need to maintain the highest standard of care for all clients, I require adequate breaks between longer appointments. As a result, 90-minute sessions will only be scheduled upon request and subject to availability.
