As the proud owner of Pride Lane Salon for the past 12 years, I’ve created a space where beauty meets confidence, with a culture built around natural, organic and friendly vibes.

With 23 years of experience in the hair and makeup industry, I’ve built my career on creativity, passion, and helping people feel like the very best version of themselves.

My journey has taken me around the world through hairdressing, winning competitions along the way and continually evolving my craft. I’ve also spent 3 years as a makeup educator, sharing my knowledge and inspiring the next generation of artists—something I truly love.

At my core, I’m a creative soul with a little mermaid energy and a lot of earth-mother energy—drawn to natural beauty, meaningful connections, and creating spaces where people feel comfortable, cared for and completely themselves.

Whether it’s a fresh new look, a special occasion, or simply helping someone reconnect with their confidence, there’s nothing more rewarding than seeing that smile when they leave my chair.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m a proud wife & mum to two beautiful girls who keep life full, busy and wonderful 🤍

Hi, I’m Karlia ✨

I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for 14 years and still feel just as passionate about it as day one. I absolutely love that I get to be creative every single day — no two days are ever the same, and that’s what keeps me inspired.

Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of salons, each one shaping me into the hairdresser I am today. What’s stayed constant is my love for making people feel their best and building genuine connections with my clients.

I’m a naturally social person, so getting to chat, laugh, and create in a fun, upbeat environment is something I truly value. For me, it’s not just about great hair — it’s about trust, connection, and making every client feel amazing when they walk out the door.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me at the gym, spending time with my partner, my fur baby, or catching up with family and friends 🤍

Hi, I’m Jen ✂️✨

I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for 22 years and still love every minute of it. From barbering to spending 5 years working as a hair loss technician, I’ve been lucky enough to experience so many different sides of this industry — and I genuinely love it all.

What’s never changed is my passion for making people feel good. There’s nothing better than seeing that confidence boost when someone leaves your chair.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m a proud mum of two, soaking up all the chaos and love that comes with it 🤍

And if you ever hear 90s music playing… just know I’m in my element 😂 Give me all the throwback tunes and 90s fashion and I’m happy!

Hi, I’m Newmi 👋🏼

I truly love what I do. Having worked in the hair and beauty industry for 15 years, I feel grateful that my job allows me to help people feel confident & beautiful.

Seeing someone walk away smiling and feeling their absolute best gives me a real sense of purpose. Those moments make my day feel complete and meaningful, and they are the reason I truly love my work.

Working in Australia, away from my home in Korea, I’ve found so much more than just a career. My colleagues have become like family, and my clients feel like friends. That sense of connection and community is something I deeply value and cherish.

I also love sharing experiences, ideas, and stories with others. Coming from a different culture has given me a unique perspective, and I enjoy learning from the people around me while sharing a little of myself too. Life genuinely fascinates me — I’m naturally curious and always excited to learn something new, whether it’s something big or small.
There is so much to explore in life, and I love embracing every part of the journey.
