Heel pain is usually a load problem, not a flexibility problem.
If you’ve ramped up running, standing, walking, or training volume, the plantar fascia can get overloaded fast.
Start simple:
✅ calm it down for a few days
✅ load it progressively
✅ strengthen foot + calf capacity

Runner’s knee usually isn’t “bad knees”. It’s often:
a load spike (kms / hills / speed)
too much downhill/stairs under fatigue
strength capacity not matching the week
If your knee flares every time you increase training, you don’t need luck - you need a plan.
