🤍✨️🌻​A little vulnerability today… 🌿

​Things grew and filled up so quickly this year, and while I am endlessly grateful, I have to be completely honest with myself and with you: running at maximum capacity caught up with me.

​On my busiest days, I’ve felt my own nervous system slip into overdrive. When you’re running on adrenaline, it’s easy to catch yourself over-talking, moving too fast, and feeling disconnected from that calm, grounded anchor. In this work, if my own cup is overflowing with nervous energy, I can’t hold the quiet, restorative space that you truly deserve when you lie on my table or sit in my chair.

​Healing work requires genuine presence, not just technique.

​To create the balance and flow I need, my hairdressing books are now completely closed to new clients, and my hands-on massage bookings will be closing right behind them.

​Before the massage books close for good, I have opened up a very limited number of final massage appointments for those who have been wanting to get on the table. Once these remaining spaces are filled, my hands-on bookings will be closed for the remainder of the year so I can fully honour my capacity and the clients currently in my care.
