As much as I adore long and medium almond sets, there’s something about a short square manicure that hits differently. So natural, so refined, and endlessly wearable.

Created with builder gel in the shade Business Class for that soft, neutral clean-girl finish.

Not every nail shape is suited to every natural nail, and this set was the perfect example of why thoughtful structure matters

My client came in after having a previous set removed, hoping to achieve a true stiletto shape. While I know the sharp, elongated look is beautiful, I’m always mindful of what is safest and most durable for the natural nail underneath.

For natural nails, an extreme stiletto can be quite fragile and doesn’t always wear well day to day. So instead, we created the closest possible shape in a way that felt far more supportive, elegant, and realistic for longevity.

This set was finished using hard gel in Angel Wing with a crisp hand painted French tip, giving that clean, feminine, refined result we were both so happy with.

If you love a true stiletto look, I would usually recommend an enhancement such as Gel-X or sculpted extensions to properly support the length and shape

Beautiful nails should never come at the expense of nail health.

This dreamy set was created with Builder gel Dorblu, layered in a silvery cat eye, adorned with hand-painted butterfly details, and finished with a delicate swish of chrome powder for the prettiest luminous glow.

For those of us already shipping Sophie and Benedict, this set feels like soft romance, delicate detail, and a little fairytale magic

This is Pearl-kissed perfection!! I recreated this set from an inspo pic sent to me using a full gel extension, overlaid with the softest neutral tone from @heylovegel. Each tiny pearl was hand-placed in mixed sizes to achieve that delicate, scattered look. I placed each pearl intentionally and trust me, it was a challenge having them roll everywhere. But if one was even slightly off-centre, I’d start again until it was in the perfect position. My client came in with her heart full set on this design and honestly… we nailed the brief. Soft, elegant, romantic, and timeless. This style is so much fun for a special occasion, whether it’s a girls’ night out, birthday nails, or when you just want something a little extra. It’s perfect for the festive season and could easily be your picture-perfect New Year’s nails. It’s such a romantic set, too. Definitely one to screenshot and save for Valentine’s Day or New Year’s celebrations.

A classic French will always have my heart. This set was created using a crisp French tip, then softened with @heylovegel”Soft” a sheer milky overlay to give that ultra-chic, minimalist finish on short square nails. Elegant, timeless, and forever in style.
