All so intriguing and fascinating as you learn

As intuitive souls we will know what feels right and makes sense to us

There is many directions I could here but today I want to share one thing I have experienced. The energy our hair holds and how our hair can shift our energy

Sometimes we feel a bit dragged down , stagnant or disconnected

Having a change with your hair can shift that energy to a more motivated , vibrant and revitalised you

This very special soul came to me knowing what she wanted and new she was ready. This is exactly what she needed and she left feeling the shift in the most uplifting way

As the New Yeas arrives, some time is taken to look back at the last year and feel the gratitude for so many amazing moments and experiences that I was lucky enough to be gifted

We cut some lengh to take some weight , added some round layers to allow the curls to be free and nourished them with a Hyration treatment

Shared the morning with one of the most kindest ladies

I don't have a before photo to share but WOW this was an amazing transformation 😍

Often the tighter textured coils cuticle is more compacted and closed which doesn't allow water and product to absorb as easily
So we have to work a little harder pre softening the hair and pushing that water and product in deeper into the hair shaft
But once that water and product are in the curls just come back to them selves, feeling completely nourished and can now dance amongst each other sharing there beauty and happiness 🙏

It was so beautiful having the energy and light gifted from the sun shining through the windows.
Just before it darkens and starts to set behind the mountains and sharing it with this lovely lady🙏

I had the pleasure of welcoming this genuine beautiful Bowen local into my space this week 🙏
Our goal was to eliminate the weight line and heaviness through the side, as well as nourish the dry ends from exposure to heat tools and environment factors
In this session we did a beautiful round layered concave cut as well as a Hydration Rirual Treatment💕
It's amazing how a cut to suit your goals and a Hydration Treatment instantly changing the health of your hair can make you feel😍

It's a daily challenge for those to experience hair with damage
I know being a hairdresser and in the early days experimenting gifted me the experience of unhealthy hair heheh
But for me now Hair Health is my priority and I love love love helping others on this journey upwards 😍
