Over the past 30 days, we’ve lost 55 HOURS of appointment time due to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. 😔

As a small local business, this has a real impact, so we’re introducing a deposit and cancellation policy for all bookings.

💙 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED
When booking, a 50% deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

Need to cancel or reschedule?
✅ Give us 24 hours’ notice and your deposit can be transferred.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show?
❌ Your 50% deposit will be retained.

We completely understand that sometimes things happen, but this policy helps us protect our appointment times and gives other clients the opportunity to book.

Kendra is very passionate about helping people move on from tattoos that no longer represent who they are today. For some, an old tattoo can be a constant reminder of a difficult time, a past relationship, or a chapter of their life they’ve left behind.

This is what The Klean Starts Program is all about, helping people take that first step towards removing a tattoo they no longer want, and giving our local community the opportunity to do so without the financial barrier.

Eligibility requirements may include:

→Have tattoos connected to domestic violence, human trafficking or other circumstances where they were tattooed without their consent

→Have completed a jail sentence and want to move forward from their past

→Have highly visible or offensive tattoos that are affecting their ability to find employment

→Have former gang or bikie-related tattoos they no longer want to be associated with

→Have racist or hateful tattoos and want to leave those beliefs in the past

→Were tattooed without permission as a child or teenager

→Have medical or radiation tattoo markings they would like removed

There is absolutely NO judgement here.
