Miriam Nicholls is a qualified therapeutic massage practitioner, dancer and movement teacher, currently completing further studies in advanced anatomy and exercise science. She is passionate about helping people build optimum health and feel good in their bodies. Therapeutic massage can involve firm or gentle pressure, depending on the client's needs. The focus is usually on full-body tension release, with priority given to areas of soreness such as the shoulders and back.
