🤍 Pre-appointment tips 🤍

Just a few friendly reminders of the little things you can do to ensure you are getting the most throughout your service!

1. If you’re unwell, please reschedule your appointment - the deposit made will NOT be forfeited as our health comes first.
& with a newborn on the way, I would be greatly appreciated if you can tell me in advance 😷

2. Please ensure you have gone to the bathroom prior to your appointment!

3. Avoid caffeine/energy drinks prior to your appointment as it can cause your eyes to twitch during your service 😵‍💫

4. Come with clean, makeup free eyes - this will save us time from any extra cleaning or removing of make up. (A makeup removal fee will be charged if you fail to do so)

5. Wear comfortable clothes as you could be laying there for 2-2.5hrs for the service ☺️

6. Silence your phone please! This can be very distracting during the service. Please be considerate & advise me at the start of the service if you are expecting an important call 🤍

7. Arrive on time - please message me when you have arrived and wait for my response before coming to the door. If you are running 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no show and cancelled (a new deposit will need to be made)

8. Please remove your contacts before your service! For health and safety reasons, it isn’t recommended to have them in during your service.
