Shout out to this beautiful little lady. Charlotte wanted to rock a gorgeous bob for school this year but also wanted to donate her hair to a good cause. ❤️ After some research Charlotte and her mum picked ‘Wigs 4 Kids’ - an Australian charity that helps provide wigs for children with Cancer ❤️. The pride this little legend felt was infectious. What a little champion.

Oh my goodness - obsessed with this book. And not just because the author is one of my gorgeous clients, and not only because she is a fantastic human but also because it is written so well and all inspiring.
A little nail biting in parts but sensational!! if being an accredited dietitian, professional iron woman, world record holder, inspirational speaker or nipper coach doesn’t work out for you (🤣) than you have a future in writing. Well done lovely.
