This week I have dried some pears. More yummy healthy snacks.

Just made some raspberry gummies. Just raspberries and gelatine. No sugar.

Next plum bottling and dehydrating workshop is on Saturday 28 Feb. May include bottling pears depending on how many suitable plums we have. It will include making fruit leather with the plums that are too soft for bottling.

If you prefer to get the bees in a larger box called a super we have those available too. Buying the bees in a super saves having to disturb the bees.
