Last year was all about professional development to offer clients the best treatment possible.
My goal? To help you feel healthier, more mobile and confident in your bodies ability!

I am trained in remedial massage, with over 15 years experience. I recently added dry needling to my toolkit and aim to keep developing in multiple ways for the better of my clients.

This client has been an inspiration. Coming back from a nasty knee injury, focusing on her health and using the setback to really learn about her body and what it needs to thrive!!

So happy to be apart of that journey!
