YOUR WEEKLY HAIR CARE ROUTINE 👑🌿

Consistency is one of the most important parts of a healthy hair journey. Set one day every week for your full hair care routine. For me, it’s every Sunday. 🧖🏽‍♀️

STEP 1: WASH + CONDITION 🫧
Shampoo your hair and scalp thoroughly, then condition as normal. Your goal is to start your routine with clean hair and scalp, ready to absorb moisture and your treatment.

STEP 2: DEEP TREATMENT 🌺
After shampooing and conditioning, apply your deep treatment throughout your hair and follow the instructions on the label.

We have a video showing how to apply your treatment effectively, pinned on our page and available on our TikTok and Instagram.

STEP 3: MOISTURISE + STYLE 💧
After rinsing out your deep treatment, move on to styling.

Apply your Goddess leave-in conditioner and/or hair butter to your hair according to the instructions on the label. Focus on distributing the product through your strands, especially your ends.

STEP 4: BEAST MODE HAIR GROWTH OIL 🌿
If you have our Beast Mode Hair Growth Oil, apply it directly to your scalp after moisturising your hair.

Massage the oil gently into your scalp. This helps distribute the oil and supports a healthy scalp environment for hair growth.

STEP 5: SEAL YOUR MOISTURE 🔒
If you follow the LCO method, Liquid → Cream → Oil, finish with your favourite hair oil over your strands to help seal in moisture.

And you’re DONE for the week! 👑

MID-WEEK CHECK 💦
Check how your hair feels during the week.

If your hair feels dry, reapply your leave-in conditioner or butter where needed.

If your hair still feels soft and moisturised, leave it alone and repeat your full routine the following week.

Remember, everyone’s hair is different. Some hair needs moisture more frequently, while other hair stays moisturised for longer. Your hair porosity, environment, protective style and how you maintain your hair throughout the week all affect how often you need to moisturise.

Learn your hair. Build a routine. Stay consistent. Give your hair time to respond. 🌿👑
