A fantastic result for a very worthwhile cause 💧
We were proud to support Carly and Ripples of Change Uganda through the recent Play for Water fundraiser, which has raised approximately $21,500 before expenses.
The impact is already beginning, with construction of the first 20,000L rainwater tank due to start in Uganda very soon.
A huge congratulations to Carly as well on Ripples of Change Uganda officially receiving Deductible Gift Recipient status. This is a massive milestone for the charity and means eligible donations can now be tax deductible, making it even easier for people to support their work at any time.
It was great to see Carly with the Trilogy banner at the fundraiser and we’re very grateful to have played a small part in supporting the work she and the team are doing.
If you would like to support Ripples of Change Uganda, donations can now be made anytime to help fund future projects and bring clean, safe water closer to communities in Uganda.
Well done to Carly and everyone involved 👏💙

Our Trilogy Physiotherapy gym is available for $15 per week for current patients and anyone wanting to work through an individualised physiotherapy or exercise program in a supportive clinic environment.
Your membership includes:
✅ 1 hour bookable gym time-slots
✅ No lock in contract
✅ Access during our staffed clinic hours
✅ Follow your individualised rehab or strength program
✅ A fully equipped rehabilitation gym
Our gym includes equipment such as:
🏋️♂️ Squat rack and barbells
💪 Dumbbells from 1kg to 30kg
🦵 Leg press
🦵 Leg extension and leg curl machines
💪 Cable machines
🏋️♂️ Kettlebells and weight plates
⚡️ Plyometric boxes, steps, BOSU and Swiss balls
🏃 Treadmill
🚴♀️ Upright and recumbent bikes
…and plenty more rehabilitation and exercise equipment.

Not currently a patient?
Book an initial physiotherapy consultation online. We can assess you, develop an appropriate program and take you through the equipment before you get started.
All in for $15 per week with no lock in contracts.

Amongst the craziness of our clinic move, we celebrated a special birthday last Friday 🎂
Happy belated Birthday Vinod! You’ve done so much for the Trilogy community over the years and we are very grateful to have you on the team 💚

Our new Trilogy Physiotherapy clinic is now open and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you into our bigger and better space.
We now have more treatment rooms, a much larger rehabilitation gym, new equipment and plenty of room to continue growing and providing the best possible care to our community.
A massive thank you to every patient, family member, staff member, friend and local business who has supported us along the way. We truly would not be here without you.
Five years ago, Trilogy started with a vision to create a clinic where people felt supported, listened to and genuinely cared for. This new space is the next chapter of that journey and we are so excited for what is ahead.
