Why do we save all our feeling-good plans for the weekend? 🤎
We book the dinner, the outfit and the spray tan for Friday—but Monday and Tuesday Karina are apparently expected to survive on coffee and pure determination. 😂

MY LITTLE PRE-GYM TAN TRICK 🏃🏽♀️✨
Before I go to the gym, I wet my skin with a little water—or apply Velvet Nectar straight after my shower while my skin is still wet.
