⚠️⚠️Trigger Warning: Infant Loss, Trauma, Media Harassment
This podcast contains a discussion about the death of newborn twins. Please take care when listening.⚠️⚠️
There are moments when something speaks so deeply to your heart that you feel an overwhelming need to share it. This is one of those moments for me. After listening to this courageous mother’s story—of losing her twin boys and then facing public scrutiny at a time of unbearable grief—I felt compelled to share it. Why? I don’t fully know. Perhaps there’s someone out there who needs to hear it, or maybe it’s simply to honour and support this incredible mother. Either way, my instincts have guided me here.
Her strength in the face of unimaginable tragedy and injustice is awe-inspiring. By sharing her story, I hope to raise awareness of the need for compassion, respect, and support for grieving families.
To the mother in this story—your courage, resilience, and advocacy will not be forgotten. You are seen, heard, and deeply respected. Thank you for your bravery in sharing your journey.
This is an incredibly tough listen or watch and is not something I share lightly. As I mentioned above, there is something truly guiding me to share this podcast through this platform. If anyone needs to debrief or discuss following listening to this story please do not hesitate to inbox me.

Just another tough day at the office… Somebody’s got to do it! 😴😍
One of my many roles as a doula and night nanny is helping parents navigate the ups and downs of parenting. Whether it’s giving them a chance to enjoy a peaceful dinner out, surviving the witching hour, or helping a newborn settle into a sleep routine, I’m here to support them every step of the way. Lack of sleep and adjusting to life with a new baby is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone!
Ever wondered if breast size affects milk supply? Let's set the record straight with some facts! 📚
👉 Breast size ≠ Milk Supply: Contrary to popular belief, the size of your breasts doesn't determine how much milk you can produce. Whether you're an A cup or a D cup, your body is capable of producing enough milk to nourish your baby.
👉 It's All About the Milk-Making Tissues: Milk production is primarily determined by the number of milk-producing glands (alveoli) in your breasts, not their size. These glands exist in all breast sizes and can increase in number during pregnancy and breastfeeding to meet your baby's needs.
👉 Supply & Demand Rule: The key to maintaining a healthy milk supply is frequent and effective breastfeeding or expressing milk. The more your baby feeds or you empty your breasts, the more signals your body receives to produce milk.
👉 Breastfeeding Success Isn't Measured by Size: Remember, successful breastfeeding is not about breast size but about ensuring your baby gets the nourishment they need. Support, proper latch, and feeding on demand play a more significant role in breastfeeding success than breast size ever could.
