5 years ago, I started this journey while juggling a corporate job, major life transitions, and studying for Remedial Massage Therapy. Massage was my sanctuary during those tough times, and I set out to build a calm space where you could step away from the noise and truly reset your mind, body, and spirit.

Today, I’m so grateful that this solo practice is my full-time life’s work.

In Chinese, there is a beautiful expression 酸甜苦辣 (suān tián kǔ là) — the four flavours of life:
Sour. Sweet. Bitter. Spicy.

It describes the different experiences life brings us. And just like food, life isn't meant to taste the same every day. ❤️

I've been through my own share of life's ups and downs, so I understand that sometimes we don't need someone to fix everything.

I'll be heading back to Hong Kong — the place I still call my hometown 🇭🇰❤️

It has been 7 years since I was last able to go back, so this trip feels especially meaningful to me. I'm looking forward to spending precious time with family, friends,revisiting familiar places and, of course, enjoying some of my favourite Hong Kong food! 🥢🥰

Recently, I attended a webinar with Dr Peter Tuchin on Headache Assessment and Treatment.

Common headaches include:
