As we fast approach the second half of the year I thought it's a perfect time to update and remind everyone of our cancellation policy.

While some circumstances are unavoidable please understand that cancelling last minute or not showing to your appointment leaves us with vacant appointments that we can't fill or be offered to someone else that may have been waiting for an appointment.

We have put some policies in place to avoid this happening while trying to be fair to all clients and also protect our small business from loss of income.

We understand that the current financial climate is hard on everyone and while we absolutely sympathise we are also heavily affected by no shows or last minute Cancellations.

From start to finish with my beautiful client to finally get the wedding hair shes been aiming for!!

It took so much patience from her to let me do my thing and go through some colours we both hated to get to the final result!

We started out with built up nearly black colour and I wasn't allowed to cut only very small trims which I insisted upon as much as she didn't want to 🤣
This is bleach application after bleach application done slowly to maintain the condition of the hair! These photos are not edited or filtered (which I never do, only the real thing here!) So you can see what hair truly needs to go through!
Hair isn't just click your fingers and change in an instant, it's long hours, colour knowledge and sometimes expensive appointments 😮‍💨

This is 23 years of experience putting my all in every time to get the perfect result, this Angel of a client listened carefully to my advice and completley understood the process we would have to go through, she didn't try to sneak in anything at home to hinder our progress and put her trust in me fully to get her there and here we are 🫶
