Your skin is giving you information.

But that doesn’t mean a breakout in a particular area gives us a diagnosis.

Skin mapping is one of the frameworks I may draw on in practice - not to make assumptions about what is happening internally, but to help me ask better questions.

Because your skin doesn’t exist in isolation.

I want to know what has changed. How you’re sleeping. What your stress looks like. What you’re using at home. Whether there have been hormonal, nutritional, medical or lifestyle shifts. And importantly, what was happening when your skin began to change.

I bring this together with what I can observe clinically, your skin history and what we can see through OBSERV Skin Analysis to create a more complete picture.

Sometimes that leads us towards advanced treatment.

Sometimes it tells me we need to simplify, restore and support first.

And sometimes it tells me that something sits outside my scope and another practitioner should become part of your care.

My role isn’t to label your skin. It’s to help you understand it.

To observe. To ask. To educate. And then to treat with intention.

Because when we understand more of the story, we can make more considered decisions about what comes next.

This is the philosophy behind Skin Foundations - my starting point for women who are ready to stop experimenting and begin truly understanding their skin.

Discover. Prepare. Transform.

If I were starting my skin journey again from day one, I wouldn’t start with a treatment.

I’d start with understanding where I am.

How does my skin actually feel right now? What has it been exposed to over the last 3–6 months? What products and treatments have I tried? And perhaps most importantly - what is happening in my emotional world?

Because our skin never exists in isolation.

Then I’d get really clear on what I’m willing to commit to.

Am I ready to change my homecare?
Can I commit to regular treatments?
Do I want both?

There’s no point creating the “perfect” skin plan if it doesn’t fit into your actual life.

Then I’d find a therapist whose philosophy and values align with mine. Someone I trust. Someone who looks beyond what they can see on the surface and takes the time to understand the whole picture.

And if you feel that alignment with me and the way I approach skin at Sukha, I’d start with our Signature Start.

It’s where we slow everything down, understand your skin, your history, your lifestyle and your goals, and create a considered pathway forward.

No guessing. No throwing everything at your skin. No chasing quick fixes.

Just understanding where you are, where you’d like to go, and what your skin actually needs to get there.

Your skin journey has to start somewhere. Let it start with understanding.

Signature Start is available to book now at Sukha.

Why I won’t always start with skin needling on day one.

It would be easy to give every guest exactly what they book. You arrive, we needle, you leave.

But that isn’t how I want to practise.

When you trust me with your skin, time and investment, I want to make sure we’re getting the very best from each of them.

So sometimes my answer is: not yet.

We begin by understanding your skin through consultation + OBSERV Skin Analysis. Then we prepare — supporting the skin with the nutrients, homecare and treatments it needs before progressing to something more advanced.

Because advanced doesn’t automatically mean better.

Sometimes we prepare.
Sometimes we simplify.
Sometimes we support.
And sometimes, absolutely, we needle.

Your skin determines the treatment. Not the menu.

This is the philosophy behind Skin Foundations - Discover. Prepare. Transform.

If you’ve been watching Sukha and wondering where to begin with your skin, this is it.

One of the things I see most often is women who are doing so much for their skin - but still don’t really understand what it needs.

More products.
Different treatments.
The latest active.
The next recommendation.
And somewhere along the way, skin becomes something we’re constantly trying to fix.

Skin Foundations is my answer to that.

A considered, founder-led journey where we slow things down enough to understand your skin first - before deciding what it needs next.

We Discover. Prepare. Transform.

Beginning with an in-depth consultation and OBSERV Skin Analysis, moving into treatments designed to support and prepare your skin, and progressing into advanced treatment when appropriate.

There are now two ways to experience Foundations.
THE TREATMENT JOURNEY - $799
For the woman who already has homecare she loves, or simply wants to begin with me in the treatment room.

THE FOUNDER SERIES - $1,199
The complete experience - your treatment journey plus my curated $590 Foundations Homecare Edit, so we can support what happens both in the treatment room and at home.

There are only 3 Founder Series available, with limited availability for the Treatment Journey.

Both options are designed to be completed within 12 weeks, giving us the space to work with your skin rather than rushing it against a timeline.

This isn’t about doing more to your skin.
It’s about finally understanding it - and having someone beside you to create the plan.

If that feels like what you’ve been looking for, tap the product tagged in this post to explore Skin Foundations, or DM me FOUNDATIONS and I’ll personally help you decide which journey is right for you.

I would love to look after you.

Sukha is entering a new chapter - and in many ways, it feels like coming home.

For those who don’t know me, I’m Isobella, the founder of Sukha Skin & Wellness.

My background has always been rooted in whole-person wellness - from skin and nutrition to movement, yoga and health coaching - and Sukha was born from my belief that looking after your skin should be about so much more than simply having a facial.

Moving forward, Sukha is becoming a much more intimate, founder-led space.

I’ll personally be working with our guests, getting to know your skin, your lifestyle, what’s happening beneath the surface and what you actually want to achieve.

But I also want Sukha to be somewhere you can come and exhale.

A monthly ritual where you’re held and nurtured, but also educated. Where we can work towards real results without losing the beautiful experience of simply being cared for.

My hope is that Sukha becomes your little home away from home.

And if this way of approaching skin and wellness feels aligned with you, I would absolutely love to welcome you into this next chapter.

A little quiet over here lately… but for all the right reasons.

So much has been happening behind the scenes at Sukha — a new space, a new season and a return to what feels most aligned. I can’t wait to share everything we’ve been creating with you over the coming weeks.

Welcome to our little sanctuary in Aspley.

Life at Sukha has looked a little like this lately 🤍

19/07/2026

Some chapters quietly change your life.

This little studio at Colwill Place has been one of them.

Over the past two years these walls have held thousands of conversations, tears, laughter, milestones and moments of stillness. Women have walked through these doors carrying the weight of the world and left feeling just a little lighter. Watching Sukha grow from a dream into a community has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Yesterday, we cared for our final clients in Windsor.

Tonight, as I plan to lock the door for the last time, my heart feels incredibly full.

As many of you know, I’ve spent the past year soaking up every moment with our youngest son, Sully. During that time, Sophie has held the heart of Sukha with such care. She has shown up for our clients every single day with kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion, allowing me the precious gift of being present during a season I’ll never get back. For that, I will always be deeply grateful.

Tomorrow, we begin packing up the place that once felt like the biggest dream I could imagine.

We’ll close our doors for one week while we carefully move into our next home on Pelton Street, reopening on Monday 28 July.

This next chapter feels different.

More intentional.

More personal.

More aligned with the vision I had when Sukha first began.

As I step back into the treatment room, I’m excited to once again care for women face-to-face, to build long-term relationships, to educate, to treat, and to create a more intimate, founder-led experience than ever before.

This move isn’t about becoming bigger.

It’s about becoming closer.

To our clients.

To our purpose.

And to the reason Sukha has always existed.

To every client who has trusted us in Windsor, thank you. You have helped shape this business into what it is today, and we’ll carry every lesson, every memory and every connection with us.

We’ll see you soon at Pelton Street.

Welcome home.

Love always,

Bel x

This time next week, we’ll be carefully packing away what we once dreamt of putting together.

Three years ago, I remember sitting in my car in the Colwill Place car park, looking at these rooms and wishing so deeply that one day one of them could become home to Sukha.

At the time, I thought I was dreaming about a beautiful studio.

What I was really dreaming about was the privilege of caring for women.

As I look back through these photos, I realise it was never the walls that made this place special.

It was every conversation.
Every treatment.
Every breakthrough.
Every hug.
Every laugh.
Every tear.
Every woman who trusted us with her skin, her story and a small piece of her life.

To every client who chose us, every team member who helped bring the vision to life, every supplier, representative and supporter who believed in what we were building- thank you.

You helped create something so much bigger than a skin clinic.

You helped build a community.

Over the last three years, I’ve learnt that growth isn’t always about reaching more people.

Sometimes it’s about serving the people already in front of you more deeply.

About choosing intention over expansion.

Depth over scale.

Connection over complexity.

This next chapter isn’t about becoming bigger.

It’s about becoming more aligned with why Sukha exists in the first place.

A place where women feel seen before they’re treated.

Heard before they’re advised.

Educated instead of overwhelmed.

And cared for in a way that extends far beyond their skin.

As we prepare to close the doors to Windsor this Saturday, my heart is so full of gratitude.

Thank you for helping shape this chapter of our story.

We can’t wait to welcome you home.

With love,

Isobella 🤍
