Our parent group, Flight Centre Travel Group, has released its full-year results for FY26.
It has been a big year for FCM Travel in Australia.
FY26 delivered growth across the business, record new business performance, and a 97% customer retention rate. Something we are super proud of and a reflection of the trust our customers continue to place in us.
As Renos Rologas, FCM Travel General Manager, ANZ, commented, "Our focus remained on our people and customers. That commitment delivered strong outcomes, including improved Great Place to Work results, high employee retention, record new-customer conversion, and consistently strong customer satisfaction.
Technology and automation were also defining themes, with enhancements to Sam, our AI platform, improved quoting and service processes, rolling out NDC, and introducing more self-service solutions.
It’s also been a year of recognition, with FCM Travel named a finalist in the National Travel Industry Awards, while ANZ continued to lead across several key business metrics globally.
As we head further into FY27, we’re keeping the momentum going. Investing in people, technology, and customer experience, without compromising on the service that sets FCM apart.

Meet FCM's first-ever Chief Customer Officer, Jo-Anne Lloyd 💚
For us, great customer relationships have always been about more than delivering a service. They're about understanding our customers' goals, anticipating their challenges and helping them confidently navigate what's next.
That's exactly what Jo will champion in her new role, leading FCM's global customer strategy and creating a more connected approach across Account Management and FCM Consulting.
With over 15 years of industry experience and a passion for customer success, Jo has already made a significant impact on our business and our customers. We're excited to see her bring that same vision and leadership to this new role.
Congratulations, Jo. A well-deserved achievement and an exciting step forward for FCM. 🚀

Hotel costs are rising, and traveller expectations are shifting. A strong corporate hotel program must balance cost optimisation and traveller expectations.
The right sourcing approach helps secure reliable rates in key markets while giving travellers the safety, location, comfort, and flexibility they expect.
When preferred options meet those needs, travellers are more likely to book within policy, which improves compliance, reduces leakage, and helps protect the travel budget.
