We’re so happy to introduce our newest KEF acupuncturist(who we know you’ll adore! 🥰 ), Janeen Smerdon, who will be seeing patients Monday and Tuesday evenings in our clinic.

Janeen has a special interest in supporting patients through:

After spending more than 10 years working in a family business, Janeen followed her passion for health and trained in acupuncture 📍. Her journey into Chinese Medicine began after seeing close friends experience the benefits of acupuncture for menstrual health and fertility. After trying acupuncture herself for a personal health issue, she quickly became fascinated by the way it supports the body’s natural ability to rebalance☯️.

Janeen loves that Traditional Chinese Medicine treats the individual rather than the diagnosis, looking at the whole person – physically, emotionally and energetically – to understand the root of imbalance 🌿. Supporting patients through meaningful journeys such as fertility and pregnancy is something she finds especially rewarding 💕.

Outside the clinic, Janeen enjoys yin yoga, ocean walks in the sunshine, dinners with family and friends, and spending time with her 14-year-old puppy 🐾
