Position Overview:
As an experienced barber at Male Alchemy, you will be responsible for providing top-tier haircuts, shaves, and grooming services to our discerning clientele. Our ideal candidate is a passionate barber with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform high-quality haircuts, shaves, trims, and grooming services
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
• Stay current with trends and techniques to provide the best service
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Uphold the barbershop’s high standards of quality and service

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a barber in a high-end or upscale environment
• Proven ability to execute precision haircuts and grooming services
• Strong knowledge of men’s grooming trends and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• A valid barber license (as required by local regulations)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Fluent English is a must
