Friday night looks a little different around here... ✨
While some people are heading out, I'm in the salon giving my own skin some much-needed TLC.
Thanks to hormones and the change in weather, my jawline has decided to break out, so it's facial time followed by my favourite combo of Blue + Red LED Light Therapy.
Blue light helps target acne-causing bacteria, while red light supports healing and calms inflammation—exactly what my skin is asking for right now.
Just a little reminder that even beauty therapists don't have perfect skin. We just know how to look after it when it starts talking back. 🤭
