The massage works across the whole body, extra attention given to the areas holding the most tension, like the neck, shoulders upper back and scalp. 🤷♀️
This is one of those areas I often find needs a little extra love, especially after a long week of physical work.
Slow, flowing movements combined with targeted pressure to help ease tension, relax tired muscles and give you some much-needed time to switch off.

If you’ve been coming to the salon for a while, you might remember our little pineapple growing outside… and after TWO YEARS of watching her grow, she was finally ready! 😂🍍
We cut her off last night and honestly… WOW. She was absolutely delicious. So juicy, sweet and completely worth the wait!

I think we can officially say she has been the most watched member of the salon garden. 😂

A little midweek reminder to do what makes you feel good.
Today, I’m recharging my battery a little differently. Taking some time away from the salon to watch my son compete at the AFL Q Schools Cup. 🏉
There’s something pretty special about being able to stop, be present and watch your kids do what they love.
Sometimes, recharging your battery is simply spending your time somewhere that makes you happy.

Early Wednesday BROWS... why not?
I love a dark, bold brow. And I know… they’re not everyone’s cup of tea 😂
But for me? Give me definition, shape and a beautifully fresh, bold brow every time. There’s just something about freshly shaped, defined brows that makes you feel instantly more put together.
So yes… even the beauty therapist has to do her own brows. 😉
I’m getting mine done before the day begins, because there really is nothing better than fresh brows.
