2016…
What a reflection, what a year!
I’m going to be totally transparent and personal here, for me 2016 actually brings up some very intense feelings. 2016 was the year of so many extreme highs and lows! The year of the biggest pivotal moment/decision of my life, extreme grief, epic carrier highs, deep sadness and some of the most exciting memories of my life.
In a nutshell shell 2016 for me was-
•divorce
•hair competition wins
•presenting on stage at Melbourne hair expo
•eat pray love trip to Africa
•sale/loss of my grandparents family home I grew up in
•letting go of my most precious family member
•legal proceedings against me for family members pets
•meeting my beloved husband
•letting go of every worldly procession, bar what I could fit in the back of my little lancey (Mitsubishi lancer)
•giving up/rehoming all my animals (minus wormie 🐍)
•living by myself and being by myself for the first time in my life
2016 was the HARDEST year of my life and the lump I still get in the back of throat thinking about is real. But as my beloved husband says the phoenix must rise from the ashes 🐦🔥 and what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger, more resilient, wiser and more compassionate than any other trip!
I whole heartedly believe in the shedding we are going through atm, ending the year of the snake and moving into the year of the horse and the for those who are going through a time you have no idea how to survive I promise you put the hard work in make the hard decisions and you to will do your 10 year reflection and tear up at how far you’ve come 💗

Ella’s BTS makeover video from platinum blonde to lived in dimensional blonde. We added a full head of biscuit and honey blonde dimensional foils with a bronde root melt finished with a golden blonde gloss.
