Appointments & Booking

All colour services must be booked online via the booking link.

This ensures accurate scheduling, correct service timing, and secures your appointment.

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all colour appointments.

- Deposits are applied to your final service total
- Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid

Cancellations & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens, and i will always try to be fair.

- 24–48 hours notice: your deposit can be transferred to a new booking
- Less than 24 hours notice: deposit will be forfeited
- No-shows: deposit is forfeited and may require full prepayment for future bookings

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.

- Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling
- If we cannot complete your service due to lateness, your deposit may be forfeited

Changes to Appointments
If you need to adjust your service (e.g. adding or removing a colour service), please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can allow the correct time.

I cannot guarantee last-minute changes on the day.

New Clients (Colour Services)
New colour clients may require:
- A consultation prior to booking, or
- Booking a longer appointment to allow for proper assessment and results

Results & Satisfaction

If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 7 days so we can assess and offer a solution where appropriate.

Please inform me of:
- Previous colour history
- Box dye use
- Hair condition concerns

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact not only the business but also other clients waiting for appointments.
