Providing a variety of Beauty services/treatments in the privacy of a warm, welcoming professional home salon by an award winning therapist with over 10yrs experience. We kindly request no less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, within operational hours by phoning Glamour Escape otherwise your deposit will be forfeit. If you do need to reschedule your deposit will be transferred to an appointment of your choice or refunded providing 24 hours or more notice is given. Amendments also require 24 hours notice within operational hours by phone otherwise you are still liable for 50% of the booked treatments. If you fail to show for your treatment a total of 3 consecutive times full payment will be required for future appointments. For your security we do not keep credit card details on file. We accept Visa and Mastercard or alternatively you can direct deposit and email the receipt to Glamour Escape to secure booking. If using direct deposit, if receipt is not emailed within 24 hours booking will be cancelled. In return these conditions shall also apply to Glamour Escape. If your appointment is rescheduled by us, as much notice to you as possible will be given and your deposit will be transferred to the new time. If our notice to you is less than 24 hours, your service will be discounted by 10% and transferred to the new time or refunded if you request the appointment cancelled. This gesture applies only to the first reschedule which has had to be implied on you. We are by appointment based only, our operational times for you to call are:
Tuesday/Wednesday: 4pm – 7pm
Thursday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Every 2nd Saturday: 9.00am – 12.00pm
Sunday/Monday and Friday: Closed

Please appreciate as we are by appointment only, if you wish to arrange a time to see me in regards to a purchase of product or gift voucher, etc, please call to arrange a convenient time for us both. When arriving for your appointment, 10mins early is quite sufficient. We respect our clients right to privacy and this allows everyones visit to Glamour Escape to remain undisturbed.
