Yoga/ Meditation/ Puppy.. best way to start my day. He’s time consuming and SO distracting but one of the best things that’s ever happened to me 💚 He’s made life busier and better. I have my feet on the grass more than ever, my eyes looking up to the sky more than I can remember and it makes me STOP. For a moment. I enjoy it. I’m retraining my brain to take every moment to stop and take in what’s around me, enjoy the small moments. The sun shining through the trees. Even when I’m hanging the washing. I try. It’s so easy to run everyday and this beautiful life that we’re experiencing just keeps passing by. I don’t want to wake up when I’m 75 and my knees or hips are giving out to wish that I moved and exercised my body and that I stopped to enjoy my life while I had it.
