If you can set fire to it and it holds the flame should you consume it? We know these chemicals are designed to make you over eat and then crave sugary drinks! So is it food??

Vegetables don’t have to be boring. Golden rules:
1. Don’t over cook them
2. Add toppers such as toasted nuts and sesame seed
3. Dress them up amazing what a squeeze of lemon juice does for means
4. Try different cooking methods such as roasting cauliflower with a sprinkle of herbs or spices
5. Change it up by trying new seasonal vegetables
6. Presentation counts remember we eat with our eyes if it looks inviting chances are it will taste great!

Salads only become boring when you stop exploring. Changing even the dressing can make a huge change. When possible make an extra serve for the next day cook once eat twice saves time! Remember though put the salad dressing on just as you about to eat!!

👩🏼🍳Seasoned Chicken breast filled with cottage cheese and garlic mushrooms.
Only 200 calories
What you’ll need: •119g Chicken breast
•52g Cottage Cheese (less than 5% fat)
•50g Button Mushrooms
•30g Rocket/Green leaves
•Smoked Paprika seasoning •Garlic
•Parsley

Directions: •Season the chicken breast with smoked paprika (or personal preference) and cook in the oven on gas mark 4. I prefer to cook chicken on a low heat to prevent it from drying out.
•Meanwhile, finely slice the mushrooms and cook on the hob with a small amount of fry light and seasoned with garlic.
•Once the chicken is cooked remove from the oven and cut into it diagonally, but not completely through the whole breast.
•Mix the cottage cheese with the cooked garlic mushroom along with some parsley before spooning the mix into the split chicken.
•Return to the oven for five minutes and increase the temperature to gas mark 5.
Serve with 30g of Rocket or with 30g of vegetables from the step 2 Cambridge weight plan list.

Research shows that a person’s likelihood of remission from diabetes is greatest in the first five years after being diagnosed.
Type 2 diabetes, is a disease “best avoided by avoiding the weight gain that drives it.” For people who do develop it, following an evidence-based weight-loss programs could help achieve lasting remission.
Whilst not all can do it, individuals should be given the chance with good support. Taking tablets or injections for life to reduce blood sugar is a poor second rate treatment.
Current guidelines for the management of type 2 diabetes include reducing blood sugar levels and lowering risks for heart disease, primarily with medications and general lifestyle advice about diet and exercise.
But many people don’t attempt to lose weight and keep it off, and that may be because they don’t realise they can become non-diabetic again. Many doctors don’t know this either, so they don’t give patients the proper guidance and encouragement.
