The biggest shifts in my business this year weren’t about doing more… they were about doing things differently ✨

For so long I had no structure to my work days — late nights, 6 day weeks, constantly saying yes because I was scared the busy season wouldn’t last

Fast forward almost 4 years… and I haven’t had a quiet day

I’m so grateful, but I realised I can’t sustain that pace forever

Setting work hours has honestly changed everything. I still see all my beautiful clients, but now I also have time for the behind-the-scenes, other business ideas, my creativity and most importantly — my life outside of work

The mindset shift has been huge too
Letting go of that scarcity thinking and trusting where I’m at has taken so much pressure off myself

And instead of trying to do everything perfectly 😅 I simplified it

Now I do monthly check-ins — just 10 minutes on the first Monday of each month to realign with my goals and intentions. It feels intentional, realistic and something I actually enjoy

Because at the end of the day…
what’s the point of building a business if you don’t get to enjoy your life too 🤍
