I’m currently fully booked and unfortunately have just had another no-show.

Please check your upcoming appointments, just in case you’ve forgotten. If you can’t make your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible so I can offer the spot to someone else.

When someone doesn’t turn up, I lose a two-hour appointment that I could have given to another client, and when I’m fully booked it’s really frustrating 😔

I completely understand that things come up, but please just let me know as soon as you can if you can’t make it.
