But our chapter is about to be put on hold for just a moment… leaving our cute 3 year old warm, friendly, safe salon in the heart of Bunbury next week🫶🏽

Just a couple of reminders coming up to the silly season!
🚗 Please arrive to your appointment on time and allow a few extra minutes for parking in the CBD.

😷 A courtesy reminder that you must NOT come to your appointment unwell. Going forward we will refuse service if you arrive unwell.
It is disrespectful to your therapist aswell as many other beauty’s who then miss out on an appointment if your therapist becomes unwell.
Whether it is ‘just a head cold’, or ‘I got sick like, 2 weeks ago’ meanwhile you’re coughing all over the room, your nose is running and your eyes are seeping, and my hands on your head are burning from your fever.
Unfortunately you will be politely told that we need to reschedule if you show symptoms of being unwell.
PLEASE respect us, we have these policies in place so you can come to your appointment having a happy, healthy therapist aswell!

❌Cancellations within 24 hours notice will incur a 50% missed appointment fee, as we have reserved that time slot for you - and cannot fill it in such short notice.

⭕️No-Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

💕FULL CAPACITY- Unfortunately at this stage we are still at full capacity for eyelash extensions.

Where has the year gone… just in the click of fingers it feels like.

Firstly I’d like the thank my incredible clientele for this past year. I wouldn’t be where I am without you all, I am so grateful for our friendships, you all make my day just that bit better every single day. 🥰

PLEASE take a moment to look at your upcoming appointments. If you no longer want these appointments please message so we can pass it to someone on a waiting list who desperately wants an appointment. Please don’t be selfish and leave it to the last minute to cancel as it makes it difficult for me to fill your appointment whilst we are back to back doing treatments and everyone misses out.

We are at FULL CAPACITY and there is NO room for change of appointments for this week specifically & into January at this stage so please let me know as soon as you know you can’t make it as we can pass these onto the waiting list.

It’s extremely important to reinforce our cancellations/ no show policy.
You must give 24 hours notice to cancel / reschedule your appointment. If you do not give 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your service cost. This is to be paid prior to rebooking an appointment.
If you no show without reason, you have not only quite frankly wasted my time sitting around waiting for you, you have stopped someone else from taking that appointment in which leaves 2 very unhappy people.
Please show some courtesy, it takes a minute to send a message, no one wants to go to work and not be paid.

PARKING - it is hectic busy in the CBD at the moment. You must allow time for this. 10 minutes late to your appointment will result in having to be re booked as I cannot complete your service and will not put other clients out of their reserved appointment time they came on time to. Please understand if you are LATE your service may not go ahead.
If you can arrive 5-10 minutes early, that would be ideal 🙏🏽
