Cancellation policy

Your appointments are very important to us. The appointment time is reserved especially for you. Cancellations within 24hrs of your appointment time may be charged 25% of the total service cost. No shows may be charged 50% of the total Service cost. Appointments over 2.5 hours may be asked for a 50% deposit. If you are running late you may have your service time shortened to a

With Christmas being a few days away we thought we would take the opportunity to let you know our closed dates over the Christmas/New Years period🫶🏼

Our last day in salon this year is Saturday 23rd December and we will be closed for the week of Christmas🎄
We will return to our usual opening hours as of Tuesday 2nd January❤️
