Recently, we've experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations, so we'd like to gently remind everyone of our policy. These guidelines help us protect our therapists' time, minimise gaps in our appointment book, and offer available appointments to clients on our waitlist.

Please take a moment to read through our Booking & Cancellation Policy above. The only recent update is that appointments over 30 minutes now require a booking deposit to secure your appointment.
