Ancient wisdom tells us that the eyes are the windows of the soul. An iridologist would concur! 👁️

Interestingly, the body is also a window 🪟 or a signpost 🛑 of things happening in your life. Sometimes it’s obvious. Eg too much junk food, too much alcohol, too much overtime, not enough sleep, not enough sunshine etc.

Sometimes it’s less obvious. I still find it amazing that the whole body speaks, not just our mouths! 🫢

When I am helping bodies, it is not just a massage using my hands 🙌🏽 and forearms (but it can be just a massage if thats what you want, of course). I am using my perception, my eyes, the way I move with my feet, my heart, my breath, touch and soul. 💖

And so physical 🦶🏼and metaphysical 🌀things - of which you may or may not be conscious - may present themselves in many ways.
(☝🏽and sometimes not at all)

Some ways include:
🔅temperature differences
🔅colour change
🔅an expected spasm / cramp
🔅shape anomalies
🔅inflammation
🔅sighing, crying, coughing

Sometimes the “signpost” may just be “calling” from within.
