🌊 Even the Best Intentions Don’t Always Go to Plan… and sometimes that’s exactly the point. ❤️
My intention was simple.
I wanted to personally welcome my sacred hot stones into my life and my practice before sharing them with my clients.
Instead… I ended up knee-deep in the ocean with soaking wet shoes and stockings, a saturated leather bag, nearly losing the stones to the waves, and my beautiful friend Jay from Evolve Your Bliss chasing a plastic bag while I stood there wondering where she’d disappeared to! 😂
By the time we got back to the car and watched the videos, we had tears streaming down our faces from laughing so much.
Later, I learnt that these sacred hot stones didn’t actually need blessing. Brett from Mystic Union Crystals and Stones lovingly hand-selects and blesses each one before it reaches its new home. This wasn’t about blessing the stones—it was my own personal way of welcoming them into my life, my practice, and honouring this next chapter.
That afternoon reminded me of something important.
Spontaneity, fun and laughter are such an important part of who I am. While my work is about creating a safe space where people can slow down, soften and support their nervous system, I also believe joy, play and connection are just as important.
Sometimes the most meaningful moments aren’t the ones we carefully plan. They’re the ones that unfold naturally when we say yes, embrace the unexpected, and allow ourselves to simply be present.
I’m so excited to be introducing a Sacred Hot Stones Session to Alchemy Flow Bodyworks.
To me, this is the true meaning of Alchemy Flow—bringing together Lomi Lomi, lymphatic bodywork, nervous system support, energy work, sound, intuition, and now these beautiful sacred hot stones into one personalised experience, created with intention for every person who walks through my door.

Sometimes the Universe has a beautiful way of reminding us we’re on the right path. ❤️
Lately I’ve been learning that abundance isn’t just money. It’s kindness, generosity, gratitude, and the right people appearing at exactly the right time.
Thank you, Lou, for your generosity, your guidance, and for believing in me. The “Alchemist” bookmark gave me goosebumps. The Alchemist is the book I named Alchemy Flow Bodyworks after. It was gifted to me by my beautiful best friend before she passed as a reminder of who I am, what I can achieve, and the gifts I have to share. That moment felt incredibly special.
One of the beautiful messages in The Alchemist is to trust the signs and synchronicities. Meeting you feels like one of those moments. As Paulo Coelho wrote, “When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.” That’s exactly how this chapter of my life and business feels.

Every space has a beginning…
This morning I walked into an empty room.
By the time my first client arrived, it had become Alchemy Flow Bodyworks.
Every crystal, every rug, every bowl, every drop of warm organic coconut oil and every detail has been placed with intention.
Today I welcomed my very first clients into my new temporary space at Nurture Acupuncture, and both commented on how peaceful and welcoming it felt. That made my heart smile.
For me, it’s never just about the treatment.
It’s about creating a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, soften, breathe, and simply receive.
A space where you can put down what you’ve been carrying, even if only for a little while.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported me on this journey, and I’m looking forward to welcoming many more beautiful souls into this space.

First day, at my new clinic space today!
What a beautiful way to begin this next chapter.
Today I had two lovely clients, and they both commented on how peaceful, calming and welcoming the space feels. That made my heart so happy, because creating a place where people feel safe to slow down is exactly what Alchemy Flow Bodyworks is all about.

A few days ago, I had the privilege of speaking at a women’s network.
When my friend and kinesiologist, Jay Evolve Your Bliss invited me to speak, I didn’t hesitate. I simply said yes.
I’ve noticed that my life is in a period of flux and uncertainty. So many things that were part of my life just a year and a half ago have now fallen away—even my relationship. Instead of resisting it, I’m choosing to step into this next chapter with an open heart, gratitude, and a deep sense of being blessed. I’m staying curious, open to new opportunities, and trusting where life is leading me.
When I stood in front of a room full of women I’d never met before, my heart was racing. Looking back, I think it was excitement more than anything.
For the first time in my life, I had the opportunity to share my business and the purpose behind what I do. I wasn’t trying to convince anyone—I was simply speaking from my heart.
What surprised me most was the realisation I had afterwards.
I realised my purpose is empowering women.
When I reflected on it, I realised I’ve been doing this my whole life—through my friendships, throughout my career, and now through Alchemy Flow Bodyworks. It’s always been about helping women believe in themselves, reconnect with who they are, and realise they’re stronger than they think.
On the drive from Brisbane to the Gold Coast, I spent an hour and a half rehearsing my talk out loud. Somewhere along that drive, I realised I’d actually love to do more of this.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve quietly carried a vision of speaking to rooms full of women, running workshops, holding women’s circles, creating my own women’s network, and maybe even writing a book one day. I even met a lady one the day, who helps to write a book. Talk about manifestation.
I’m so grateful to Jay, who introduced me to Lomi Lomi all those years ago. Looking back, that moment changed the direction of my life.
Who knows where this part of my journey will lead.
For now, I’m staying curious, staying open, and following my heart.
Maybe this is just the beginning. ❤️

Day One of my Lomi Lomi Style Hot Stones Training… and I absolutely loved it.
There was something about today that felt different.
When I completed my Lomi Lomi Levels 1 & 2, I found it challenging. Today reminded me just how much I’ve grown—not only as a practitioner, but through the inner work I’ve done on myself. After a year and a half of supporting hundreds of clients, I’ve developed a deeper confidence in myself, greater trust in my intuition, and an even stronger belief in the work I do.
Everything flowed today. The stones were beautiful to work with, and I found myself simply enjoying the learning process.
One of my favourite moments was choosing an oracle card…
Surrender Worry
It couldn’t have been more fitting.
Lately I’ve been worrying about finances, where I’ll be living, and where Alchemy Flow Bodyworks is heading next. The card was a beautiful reminder to trust the process and remember that I’m supported.
One of the best parts of today was that we both gave and received the hot stone treatment. Feeling it for myself gave me a whole new appreciation for this beautiful modality. The warmth feels incredible on the body, allowing the muscles to soften while the stones work deeply into the tissue. It’s such a unique sensation—deeply relaxing, grounding and incredibly nurturing.
I also loved learning more about how the warmth of the stones complements nervous system work. As the body begins to feel safe and supported, it naturally starts to slow down, soften and relax. If you’ve been following my journey, you’ll know that’s exactly what I’m passionate about.
After chatting with my teacher today, I’ve decided these beautiful Lomi Lomi Style Hot Stones deserve their own dedicated experience rather than simply being added to my current sessions.
So… when I return to Bundaberg, I’ll be introducing a brand-new Lomi Lomi Style Hot Stones Experience as a standalone treatment.
I honestly can’t wait to share it with you all.

What’s your money story?
Mine has been one of the biggest lessons of my life.
For years, I believed I had to do everything on my own. I was comfortable giving, but receiving support felt much harder.
About eight months ago, I met Lou McNally at a women’s networking event in Hervey Bay. At the time, I had no idea that one conversation would lead to such a beautiful connection.
This week, I drove from Bundaberg to Hervey Bay to spend the morning with Lou.
She’s a confidence and cash flow coach, and from the kindness of her heart, she’s helping me understand the financial side of my business. No judgement. No fluff. No sugar-coating. Just honest, practical advice and a reminder that if you don’t know your numbers, it’s very hard to grow.
One of the biggest things I’ve realised is that abundance doesn’t always arrive as money.
Sometimes it arrives as kindness.
As someone believing in you.
As someone giving their time, wisdom and encouragement because they genuinely want to see you succeed.
Lou has even been sharing my Alchemy Flow Bodyworks posts with friends in Hervey Bay, and we’re now talking about the possibility of me offering sessions there in the future.
At the same time, I’ve been asking for abundance every day.
“My abundance flows to me effortlessly.”
Lately, it feels like the universe has been listening.
From Lou’s generosity, to the unexpected gift of my handcrafted Lomi Lomi hot stones from Brett, I’ve been reminded of a quote from The Alchemist:
“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
I’m learning that asking for help isn’t weakness.
Sometimes it’s the very thing that allows us to grow.
