With over thousands of emails in my inbox past years, with people asking me 'What is Ketosis?' 'How do I get into Ketosis' and other similar questions - I decided to start making a resource for my community.
I’ve spent over a decade searching for the perfect diet for the human body, and I can tell you, Keto works. Have you tried every other diet out there and didn’t get the results you wanted? That's why I am confident that this is the solution. The improved energy, lean figure, and long-term weight control that is typical of ketogenic apdapted athletes and fitness enthusiasts is, I believe - the solution to western society's health epidemics. So let's get rid of our socially conditioned need to eat white-sliced bread, GMO foods and processed rubbish and eat naturally, cleanly, and in the that we were designed to.

3 days to go until the Doughnut Time Gelato launch! 👏🏼🍦🍩
Keep your Saturday free, because from 10am-12pm we’ll be at Burleigh, and the first 50 visitors will get a free scoop, with everyone after that receiving either a free extra scoop or doughnut with their order (until sold out!). You could even walk away with a years worth of free ice cream if you find a golden ticket under your cup 😉
See ya there! 👌🏻
