I saw this post today, and wanted to repost with an edit! Itโs about more than just looks. Itโs you as a whole person! And if making yourself look great, makes you feel happy on the inside, then why TF not?! โฆoh, and throw in some exercise ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
I often get asked; โHow do you run a business, do full time uni, work as a carer and raise 3 kids?!โ I truly believe exercise is how I keep my s**t together. I didnโt know it until I got injured and couldnโt train. Now Iโm back at lifting again, Iโve got so much more energy to give!
