Some days, a healthy lifestyle feels less about routines and more about that little vital spark that keeps me moving.

I love the way good food and fresh air can change my whole mood.

Sometimes it’s the small healthy choices that really light things up.

I know I’ve been very quiet on this page for a long time.

Truth is, that was on purpose.

After going through my own health challenges years ago, I made the decision to focus on my recovery first and speak later — only once I had enough personal experience to stand behind what I share.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve now been consistently using this as part of my routine for over 7 years.

I’m not here to make big claims or hype anything. That’s never been my style.

What I can share is my own journey, my own discipline, and what has supported me personally while living a very busy, high-workload life.

I’ll start being a bit more active here again and simply document what I do day to day.

En réalité, c'était volontaire.

Après avoir traversé des problèmes de santé il y a quelques années, j'ai décidé de me concentrer d'abord sur mon rétablissement et de parler plus t**d, seulement une fois que j'aurais acquis suffisamment d'expérience personnelle pour étayer ce que je partage.

Aujourd'hui, cela fait plus de 7 ans que j'utilise ces suppléments régulièrement.

Je ne suis pas là pour faire de grandes déclarations ni pour exagérer quoi que ce soit. Ce n'est pas mon genre.

Ce que je peux partager, c'est mon propre parcours, ma propre discipline et ce qui m'a personnellement soutenue malgré une vie professionnelle très chargée.

Je vais recommencer à être un peu plus active ici et simplement documenter mon quotidien.
