A little preparation goes a long way…

✨ Arrive with clean, dry skin - no body lotions or oils on the day
✨ Gently exfoliate and moisturise in the days leading up to your appointment
✨ Avoid heavy moisturiser for 24 hours beforehand
✨ If you’re nervous or sensitive, you may choose to take your usual over-the-counter pain relief around 30 minutes before your appointment, if it’s normally safe for you
✨ Wear something comfortable and breathable afterwards
