Day #5! What up yo, Today I was so pumped for this!

First time on a real client (actually my boss) on my own from start to finish and fixing someone else's work... let's just get that cleared up firstly. And it's not up to my standard at all from what I've been taught.

Correct me if I'm wrong but....

1. Inconsistent impressions
2. Deep, unfeathered pigments right on the end of the hairline which for one, we shouldn't be running up to the hairline, just back from it and it should be blended and feathered with light spaced out dwellings.
3. There's volume of pigment running back into her section of hair that's full, which you can't see but also should be lightly feathered and spread out between her real hair follicles.

So I literally had to beg her to do it because she said it was so painful and that already tells me the dwelling was to deep and heavy!

So I was told not to fix other people's work for at least 6 months but I love a challenge and I was trained in this so I thought "f**k it" deep end I go 😅🤔

Followed my napid dac check list and decided on Fitzpatrick 3, started with a 4 and the ink wasnt holding so moved up to a 6. and did really light dwells around the thicker impressions to try blend them in and then tried my best to feather the hairline and back section but I did the best I could considering they had already done thick dwelling right into the front.

This is the end result! Look it was my first attempt and I was fixing existing work and I'll wait and see how it heals cause I may need to go darker but I wasn't going to risk going to dark with the deep dwells.

First time and I loved the challenge! I had a crack, I'm open to advice or constructive criticism because that's how I learn and I have a thick skin so you won't Break my Precious heart and make me cry myself to sleep 😆

Honestly she was happy and she's my boss so that's a win for me I live another day! Haha it definitely looks better then before so 🤷‍♂️

Credit to my trainers for such in-depth training and giving me all the tools to be the damn best artist I will eventually be!
